Snowbird Visitors Welcomed to Silverhill
Snowbirds have been visiting the Silverhill Zion congregation
for many years. The location of the church a block off State Highway
104 at 15875 4th Avenue at 7th Street in beautiful Silverhill, only
30 or so minutes north of the Gulf, makes our morning worship on
Sundays a sought-after destination. We have had a number of
snowbirds join us over the years.
Ohio Snowbirds Jo Ann and John A. Roberts have stayed on the beach for a month each winter since 1990. They are regular attendees at Silverhill’s Zion Lutheran Church. Click to enlarge.
All snowbird visitors are invited to join any of Zion’s groups that meet.
Check our Schedule and Calendar.

Betty and Wayne Pitcher posed with snowbird visitors Pat and
Ron Rieves (center left and right) from St. Johns, MI, before leaving
for fried chicken at Camp Dixie's monthly fund-raiser on February 12,
2006. The Rieves had stopped for a couple days at the Styx River RV
Camp near Silverhill, Zion's home town, on their way to MS. Click to enlarge.
