Hilma M. Lundblad and Charles Gustafson Deed
The following is a copy of the upper portion of page 152, Deed Book 13, Baldwin County, Alabama. It involves a transfer of ownership of 10 acres from the husband and wife to the husband alone for the payment of $1000,00 to the husband and wife together.

THIS INDENTURE, Made the 27th day of March 1908, between
- Hilma M. Lundblad, and
Charles Gustafson, her husband, of Silverhill, Baldwin County, Alabama, of the
first part, and Charles Gustafson, of the second part; Witnesseth that the parties of the first part, in consideration of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars,
hereby acknowledged to have been paid the parties of the first part by the party
of the second part, Does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns, all that real property in Baldwin County
described as follows: South west quarter of south east quarter of north east
quarter, SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 ) section ten (10) township six (6) south, range three
(3) east of St. Stephens meridian in Alabama containing ten (10) acres more or
less.
Together with all rights and appurtenances to said described premises in anywise belonging: To have and to hold the same forever. And Hilma M. Lundblad, for
herself and her heirs, the said described premises and appurtenances, will forever
Warrant and Defend unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part have hereunto set
their hand and seals the day and year first above written.

State, do hereby certify that Hilma M. Lundblad, and Charles Gustafson, her husband,
whose names are signed to the foregoing conveyance and who are known to me, acknowledged before me, on this day, that being informed of the contents of the said
conveyance have executed the same voluntarily on the day the same bears date.
