SILVERHILL FAIR 1935          This was the Second Annual Silverhill Fair that was sponsored by the Silverhill Chamber of Commerce. The 1935 Chamber of Commerce officers were Emery Johnson, President; Charles Norman, Vice-President; A.M. Phillips, Secretary; H.C. Fosberg, Treasurer.          The 1935 Fair was held October 22-26 in Silverhill, Alabama. The Fair Building doors were open to visitors each day from 9am to 11pm. Admission prices were 25 cents per day for individuals over 12 years of age. Children under the age of 12 years were charged 10 cents per day. Season tickets were 50 cents.          The premium list booklet was hand typed and copied by the Silverhill Chamber of Commerce. It had a paper cover and was printed on newspaper quality paper measuring 5 1/2 inches wide by 8 1/2 inches high with hole punched fastners on the wrong side making it read from back to front.
