This was the Fifteenth Annual Baldwin County Fair that was sponsored by the Silverhill Chamber of Commerce and the Baldwin County Fair Association. The 1941 Baldwin County Fair Association officers were A.L.Rundquist, President; H.C. Fosberg, Vice-President; A.M. Phillips, Secretary; G.L. Chandler, Treasurer.
The 1941 Fair was held September 29 through October 4 in Silverhill, Alabama. The Fair Building doors were open to visitors each day from 9am to 11pm. Admission prices were 25 cents for adults per day or 50 cents for season tickets. Children were charged 10 cents per day or 25 cents for season tickets.
The information catalogue had a thin blue cardboard cover with pages printed on newspaper quality paper measuring 8 inches wide by 9 inches high folded in half and stapled to make a booklet 4 inches wide by 9 inches high. Every page contained advertising and was printed by Baldwin Times, Bay Minette, Ala.
