Details of Celebration of Being Debt-Free
Pastor Dave reports:

As background, the Fellowship Hall was built in 2003. A ten year note was taken out with Thrivent for Lutherans to fund completion of the building. That note has been paid off four years early. Tentatively, Zion will celebrate with a "mortgage burning" in December, the anniversary month in which "Swedish Lutheran Zion Church" was chartered in 1905. Other festivities will be coordinated with the celebration.
